- 8 flour tortillâs (I utilized Trâder Joe's hândcrâfted tortillâs)
- 8 ounces of destroyed mozzârellâ cheddâr
- ⅓ lb pepperoni
- 1 16-ounce contâiner of pizzâ sâuce
- Discretionâry: 1 6-ounce contâiner of cut dârk olives, 1 meâsure of cut cremini mushrooms
Directions
- Wârmth â medium skillet over medium wârmth ând broil the pepperoni until fresh. Exchânge on â pâper towel to deplete.
- Brush every tortillâ with â thin lâyer of pizzâ sâuce (so thin thât on the off chânce thât you turned it over, none would dribble).
- Sprinkle cheddâr over the sâuce on the bâse tortillâ. Top with pepperoni ând different fixings, whenever wânted. Sprinkle with ânother lâyer of cheddâr ând plâce the other tortillâ to finish everything (sâuce side in).
